The Corporation informs investors about existing scientific developments in order to ensure technology transfer – the process of transferring applied technological knowledge and innovative technologies from science to the real sector of the economy.

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is the management company of the world-class scientific and educational center "Yenisei Siberia" and provides interaction with large businesses on the implementation of innovative technological projects. The Corporation provides a specialized SME platform for effective interaction between investors of KIP Yeniseiskaya Sibir, development institutions and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. In the interests of investors, the search and selection of qualified suppliers and contractors is carried out, as well as the localization of enterprises in order to provide investment projects with the necessary works and services.

• support of PPP projects at all stages of implementation by providing organizational, informational and legal support;
• selection of investment sites for the implementation of investment projects;
• attracting budget co-financing to carry out research and development work required for the implementation of investment projects;
• assistance to investors in the preparation of project documentation and obtaining permits;
• assistance in registration of land rights;
• support of projects in terms of land and property relations;
• performing the function of the management company of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
