Construction of a road bridge over the Yenisei River near the village of Vysokogorsky in the Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Within the framework of the Federal project "Regional and Local Road Network" of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads" in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a project has been implemented to build a road bridge over the Yenisei River in the area of Vysokogorsky settlement of the Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is the first major infrastructure facility in the implementation of the Angara-Yenisei cluster project (industrial development of the Krasnoyarsk Angara region). The highway bridge crossing in the area of the village of Vysokogorsky is the northernmost bridge over the river. The Yenisei River.


The total length of the road crossing is 2.02 km, including the length of the bridge over the Yenisei River – 1,196.1 m (3.5 m lane width + 1.5 m safety lane, two technological passages of 0.75 m each). The total width of the bridge is 11.5 m.


The investment project included in the KIP "Yenisei Siberia" was implemented by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.


The contractor is JSC Mostostroy-11.


The amount of financing for the project: 8.8 billion rubles.


The duration of the investment project: 2020-2023.


The facility is currently in operation. The estimated speed of traffic on a two-lane crossing with asphalt pavement is about 80 km/h.


The bridge belongs to the objects of unique construction in accordance with the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, Article 48.1. "Especially dangerous, technically complex and unique objects".


The project provides a year-round stable transport link between the central regions of the region and the North Yenisei district, one of the largest gold mining centers in Russia, currently providing 25% of all–Russian and 79.5% of regional gold mining.
