Creation of a logistics park in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The project involves the construction of industrial and warehouse complexes of class "A".

The investment project included in the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP is implemented by Mega-Stroy-M LLC.

The amount of project financing: 30.0 billion rubles.

The duration of the investment project: 2022-2028.

Number of jobs: 9600

The project assumes the phased construction of class "A" industrial and warehouse complexes with a total area of about 600,000 m2 in the area of the intersection of the federal highway R-255 "Siberia" and the Krasnoyarsk - Yeniseisk highway. At the same time, the following stages are highlighted:

Stage 1 (2023-2024) – construction of 85,000 m2 of warehouse space;

Stage 2 (2024-2025) – construction of 115,000 m2 of warehouse space;

Stage 3 (2025-2028) – construction of 400,000 m2 of warehouse space.

MEGA-STROY-M LLC has already received permission to commission the first stage of the logistics park with an area of 36 thousand square meters. The building consists of a warehouse area and an office part. The working height is 12 m with columns of 12 x 24 m – this is optimal for the installation of multi-level shelving structures.

The construction of the second and third stages of production and warehouse complexes is currently underway. The area of the second stage facility will be 30,000 sq.m, of which 28,500 sq.m is a warehouse, the rest of the area will be allocated for office space and a technical area.
