Construction of a mining and processing plant (GOK) for the production of gold on the basis of the Vysokoe deposit in the North Yeniseisk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The purpose of the project is the development of gold deposits in the Noybinskaya area of the North Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The project involves the development of the Vysokoe and Zolotoe deposits and the creation on their basis of a mining and processing plant with an ore processing capacity of up to 5 million tons and the production of more than 5 tons of gold annually.

The investment project included in the KIP "Yeniseiskaya Sibir" is implemented by Sovrudnik LLC.

The amount of financing for the project: 27.8 billion rubles.

The duration of the investment project: 2016-2024.

Number of jobs: 1,500.

The investment project, according to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/29/2019 No. 571-r, is included in the structure of the project "Development of the Angara-Yenisei Economic Region". In addition, it is included in the list of priority investment projects of the Precious Metals cluster of the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of the Siberian Federal District until 2035, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 129-r dated 01/26/2023. By Order of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory dated 09/22/2021 No. 624-r, the project was included in the register of participants in regional investment projects.

As part of the project, the construction of a 110 kV power transmission line with a length of 100 km was carried out, 110 km of highway was laid in a separate lane, including bridge crossings.

In 2024, the next stage of the project was completed: the ceremonial launch of the first stage of the gold recovery plant took place. By 2025, the first stage will be brought to production capacity: This is 4 million tons of ore processing and the production of 4 tons of gold. The second phase of the ZIF will be built by 2027. From 2028, the total volume of ore processing at the ZIF will amount to 6 million tons of ore, which will produce at least 6 tons of gold. At the same time, the mining complex will be developing all these years.
