Arctic zone of the Russian Federation
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation have signed an agreement aimed at implementing joint projects in the field of sustainable development of the Arctic territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. How to become a resident of the AZ of the Russian Federation
- The resident status can be obtained by commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs whose registration has been carried out on the territory of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.
- The minimum amount of capital investment in an investment project should be at least 1,000,000 rubles (excluding VAT).
- The investment project or line of business must be new to the applicant at the time of application.
- A new project is considered to be a project in which, at the time of filing the application, the amount of capital investments made is less than 25% of the total amount of capital investments provided for in the business plan (excluding the cost of acquiring licenses for the use of mineral resources (if any).
- the applicant should not be in the process of reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy.
- The applicant must not have arrears in taxes and fees, insurance contributions to the state extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, as well as arrears in other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds twenty-five percent of the book value of the applicant's assets.
