The First All-Russian Space Week
The First All-Russian Space Week will be held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory from April 6 to 12. The region will become one of the main venues of the event. The operator of the Space Week in Krasnoyarsk is the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
A large-scale exhibition will be organized at the Rossiya National Center, where key events will be held. The stands of the leading enterprises of the industry and universities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be presented here: the scientific and production enterprise Radiosvyaz, the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant (JSC Krasmash), JSC RESHETNEV, AVAKS-Geoservice, the Siberian Federal University, the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev. At the exhibition, it will be possible to see full-scale mock-ups of satellites and spacecraft, embark on a virtual journey through the Solar System, and try their hand at creating a model of a solid-fuel rocket.
Every day until April 12, film screenings, creative meetings, master classes, lectures and open lessons will be held in the cultural and business zone of the National Center "Russia". Admission to all events is free, and the schedule can be found on the website of nedelyakosmosa24.rf .
The central event of the Space Week in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be the Space Forum, scheduled for April 8. Representatives of federal and regional authorities, space industry enterprises, and the expert and scientific community will take part in the discussions. Experts will discuss real achievements in the application of advanced technologies, measures to support the industry and ways to establish effective cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises. Special attention will be paid to the prospects of creating a National Satellite Engineering Center in the region.
Along with the events in Krasnoyarsk, a number of educational, scientific, educational and cultural events will be held in other cities and districts of the region. They will be dedicated to space research, the development of engineering competencies and the popularization of science. Lectures and master classes will be organized in schools and universities, and documentaries about the history of the rocket and space industry and the new space station will be shown in cultural institutions.
