The first All-Russian forum "The State for People"

The event is part of the federal project "State for People", which is curated by Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.  

"The idea is for the state to operate as a modern service – quickly, simply and proactively. We build public services around the needs and life situations of a person so that he does not need to understand the work of departments. The State for People Forum is an opportunity for regions and federal executive authorities to share experiences and discuss practical solutions that will help make public services even easier and more convenient for citizens and businesses," said Dmitry Grigorenko.

The federal award "Leader of Client-centricity" will also be presented at the forum. For the first time, a competition of the best regional practices for improving the quality of public services will be held. The award will help identify the most effective management solutions and ensure their application in other regions.
