XXIV General Meeting of the Union of Municipal Control and Accounting Bodies
On June 25-26, 2026, Krasnoyarsk will host the XXIV General Meeting of the Union of Municipal Control and Accounting Authorities (ICSO). An All-Russian conference on the topic "Digital control Service" will also be held as part of the general meeting. The National Center "Russia" has been chosen as the venue. The operator of the event is the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The General Meeting of the members of the ICSO Union is an annual event of the professional community that unites the control and accounting authorities of municipalities in Russia. The main purpose of the meeting is to summarize the Union's activities, as well as to identify new goals and objectives for its development.
The grand opening of the XXIV General Meeting of the ICSO Union members will take place on June 25 (beginning at 9:30). Welcoming speeches will be delivered by Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Sergey Vereshchagin, Mayor of Krasnoyarsk, Natalia Firyulina, Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies, Vladimir Bakhar, Minister of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and Alexander Mordvintsev, Chairman of the Union of Municipal Control and Accounting Authorities.
This year's event will be attended by more than 250 experts in the field of external financial control, representatives of regional and municipal control and accounting authorities, and distinguished guests. The program includes a discussion of topical issues of municipal financial control development, presentation of best practices and identification of key areas for further work.
The Union of Municipal Control and Accounting Authorities was established by the decision of the first All-Russian Conference, which was held on May 13, 2002 in the city of Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region. At the moment, the ICSO Union consists of 567 municipal control and accounting bodies located throughout Russia.
The main objectives of the creation of the Union:
– combining the efforts of municipal control and accounting bodies to solve the problems of socio-economic development of territories;
– improving the efficiency of financial and material resource management;
– development of a unified system of external municipal financial control;
– implementation of the provisions of the budget address of the President of the Russian Federation.
