The XIV International Forum "Russia – a Sporting Power"

The Forum will become a key platform for discussing strategic objectives for the development of physical culture and sports in Russia. This large-scale sporting event will not only unite sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, but will also allow them to exchange experiences and strengthen friendly and diplomatic relations between the peoples of Russia and other countries.

During the forum, a large-scale race, morning exercises with famous athletes, and a friendly basketball match between the teams of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and forum participants, including famous athletes, are planned. Olympic bronze medalist Timofey Mozgov has already confirmed his participation in the match.

It is expected that thousands of Krasnoyarsk residents and delegations from more than 100 countries will take part in all the events of the XIV International Forum "Russia – a Sports Power" in the regional center.

The Russia – Sports Power Forum was established in 2009 by Decree of the President of Russia dated 27.07.2009 No. 863 in order to develop physical culture and sports, international sports cooperation, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
