Modernization of the Ritm tourist base

Modernization of the existing Ritm tourist base and its conversion to provide a wider range of services.

Advantages of the project:

• The Ritm recreation center is located in a picturesque pine forest near the lake, in the village of Kanygino, Minusinsk district, just 25 km from Minusinsk, the base is easily accessible to everyone who wants to relax in nature, staying close to urban infrastructure.
• The base can be reached both by car and by train, which makes the trip simple and accessible for all guests.
• On the territory of 0.5 hectares there are cozy houses with a capacity of 4 people to a large cottage for 34 people, which makes a total of 70 beds. If necessary, additional beds can be arranged, increasing the total number to 80 places.
• Each house is equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen, and there is a barbecue area nearby. Baths, vats, gazebos, as well as sports fields for volleyball and football are offered for guests to relax.

Background:

• The number of rooms does not allow to accommodate all interested guests. The recreation center regularly receives requests from youth centers and collectives of the city (school students, participants of sports sections) to accommodate about 100 or more people.
• The number of children aged 1-7 years is 5,364 people, which is 612 people and 12% more than the result of 2023. The number of teenagers (schoolchildren) aged 7 to 17 years is 8,392 people.
• During the period from the first quarter of 2020 to the first quarter of 2022, the gross value added of the tourism industry showed an increase of 69.9%. This dynamic indicates the rapid development of the tourism services market.
