Yacht marina on Hype with a hotel complex

Background:

• The main volume of vessels is concentrated in Shumikha Bay, due to its proximity to the regional center, the presence of coastal infrastructure (asphalt-paved transport passage to the coastal zone, a network of private car parks, boat stations (Meridian, Admiral, Prince) and mooring facilities in the form of pontoon berths for small vessels. 
• The Krasnoyarsk Territory is rich in water resources, the most attractive of which is the Yenisei River and the Krasnoyarsk reservoir created on it (as a result of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station), known among the population as the Krasnoyarsk Sea
• There are 11 yacht parking areas in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: 3 in the waters of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir near the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station (2 yacht clubs, 1 boat station) and 8 in the waters of the Yenisei River to the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station.
