Project background
- The main trends for organizing recreation centers of this format are: short trips (1 4 nights) account for 62.5% of bookings; there is a growing demand for eco-formats: glamping, "ibbing" (renting traditional huts), agrotourism; hybrid offers are popular: combining outdoor activities with wellness
- The key selection criteria are proximity to nature, authenticity of the region and the level of service. The project will meet all the listed criteria due to the high level of recreation organization.
Advantages of the project
- The advantageous location is 99 km away from Krasnoyarsk, its own territory of 2 hectares, a river, picturesque nature, and the attraction of an additional area of the base up to 10 hectares is being considered. Comfortable access to the base, paved asphalt road
- A federal support measure has been received, business planning has been carried out, preparations are underway for construction and installation work, and construction of several houses on the territory of the recreation center has begun.
- The land plot has been leased for 49 years, with the possibility of further extension
