Creation of a network of ecotechnoparks

Creation of a network of sites for the placement of small and medium-sized industrial companies in the field of waste recycling and the production of products from recycled materials. The project is aimed at reducing landfill volumes and eliminating unauthorized landfills.

Advantages of the project:

• development of an integrated industrial and municipal waste management system
• reduction of landfill disposal volumes

• development of service infrastructure for residents who process secondary raw materials

Background:

• prohibition of burial of certain types of production and consumption waste (Federal Law "On Production and Consumption Waste" from 01.01.2019)
• significant accumulation of recyclable waste
• An additional source of significant waste generation is the implementation by large industrial enterprises of a pool of investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
• increased cost of recycling and waste disposal due to the difficulty of export for recycling and lack of facilities for processing industrial and municipal waste
