Construction of a logistics center, including a parking lot, warehouses, loading and unloading equipment, with the purchase of its own fleet and the construction of access railway tracks (if necessary).

up to 830 thousand tons - implementation of large cargo-forming investment projects in the macroregion, including:

• 702 thousand tons per year - Construction of a new grinding line at Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC


• 71 thousand tons per year - Development of the Barkhatovskoye field


• 30 thousand tons per year - Construction of a workshop for the production of semi-finished products, Krasnoyarsk Pig Complex JSC 


• 25 thousand tons per year - Construction of a greenhouse complex of fruit and vegetable products, LLC "TC "Solnechny"

• Expected increase in the volume of shipped goods in the medium term
• Restructuring logistics chains to the East
• Krasnoyarsk has prospects of becoming an important transport hub, and therefore it is advisable to create a transport and logistics complex.
• The availability of high-quality warehouses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is 5.7 times lower than in the Novosibirsk Region, which has a similar population.
