The purpose of the project is to create a museum in memory of the heroes of "ALSIB" ("Alaska – Siberia", "Krasnoyarsk Air Route" — an air route with a length of 6,500 km between Alaska (USA) and the USSR, built in 1942, and used for the distillation of American aircraft under the lend—Lease agreement, cargo transportation, diplomatic mail and passengers).

- Location in a passable place, high transport accessibility, location near the Krasnoyarsk city bus station;
- Creation of a museum dedicated to the unique events in the field of aviation during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.;
- Improving the visual perception of a cultural heritage site;
