The aim of the project is to create a historical, architectural and ethnographic museum complex combining the historical component and a modern rethinking of the architecture of the objects of the period of construction of the Krasnoyarsk prison. To increase the commercial attractiveness of the facility through the integration of modern technologies and entertainment facilities, festivals.
