The purpose of the project is a comprehensive deep reconstruction of the pedestrian bridge over Dubrovinsky Street. The facility will become not only a safe pedestrian connection, but also a unique observation deck, which offers unique views of the landscape features of Krasnoyarsk – the Yenisei and the spurs of the Northern Sayan.

- The location of the bridge in Central Park ensures high constant traffic;
- Creation of a viewing platform with a panoramic view of the landscapes of Krasnoyarsk and the Yenisei;
