The construction of the Sayany Park Hotel is planned in the area of the Buybinsky pass. It will consist of a hotel complex: a hotel, a cafe building, a dormitory for staff, a checkpoint, several types of parking lots for more than 60 places, facilities necessary for the functioning of this complex (underground septic tanks, pumping water supply, underground reservoirs, repair unit). A total of 13 facilities are planned to be built. The volume of investments will amount to 150 million rubles.
