The project provides for the construction of a suspended cable car across the river The Yenisei River, which unites the tourist, recreational and residential areas of the city and runs along the route: fanpark "Bobrovy Log" - Park of Heroes on Sverdlovskaya Street – sports stadium "Feathers–3" (Campus), the total length is 4.02 km.
