Creation of an eco-village based on an existing site located in a unique geographical area. As part of the project, it is planned to expand the existing infrastructure, it is planned to build guest houses, a spa complex with a swimming pool, a gym, as well as the construction of a boathouse and landscaping of the coastal zone.
