According to the comprehensive city development plan, it is planned to create a modern infrastructure, including road transport. In order to realize the development of the logistics system, a constant source of material is needed to create and maintain the road surface. The implementation of the project is based on the strategy of creating production near the sales market and expanding the share of the company's presence in the market. The establishment of the plant will help reduce the cost of providing services and eliminate the cost of delivering materials for the construction of highways. As part of the project, 17 jobs will be created.
