Organization of slaughter and processing of domestic reindeer meat

Investor: LLC "Slaughter meat processing complex "Faktoria".

The company plans to lease and launch a modular complex for harvesting and primary processing of domestic deer meat in the village of Nosok in the rural settlement of Karaul in the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district. The project involves further modernization and purchase of new production equipment for this complex in order to produce finished products (canned food, sausage products, semi-finished products, etc.) and sale through official channels to the open domestic market of the country. As part of the project, 19 jobs will be created.
