The essence of the proposed investment project is services for the storage of vehicles and the placement of a business center. The parking lot plans to offer more than just car storage services,
but also a wide range of additional services, including tire pumping, storage of seasonal sets of tires (summer and winter), as well as windshield and mirror washing.
