The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Atom-TOR signed an agreement on the maintenance of investment sites on the territory of Zheleznogorsk TOP

An agreement was signed between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Atom-TOR JSC, which is the management company of advanced development Territories (TOP) in closed administrative-territorial entities (BUT).

The subject of the agreement is the interaction of the parties on the issues of attracting residents to the TOP "Zheleznogorsk".


The investment sites, which will be supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, are designed to accommodate industrial and warehouse facilities. The sites are provided with electricity, water and heat supply sources are also located here, and communication networks (wired and Internet) are carried out.


"I positively assess the prospects for cooperation between the two development institutions," said Andrey Panchenko, Executive Director of Atom–TOR - Zheleznogorsk LLC. – Joint work with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation will make it possible to inform as many entrepreneurs as possible about the possibilities of implementing projects at the sites of the Zheleznogorsk TOP. Of course, this will help to increase the number of residents and the new jobs they create."

TOP Zheleznogorsk was established in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/18 No. 114. Tax benefits apply to residents of TOP, including a zero tax rate on property in the first 10 years, a reduced rate on profits: 5% in the first 5 years, 12% in the next 5 years. Additional preferences are also available: long-term lease of land plots without competition at reduced rates, a free customs zone regime, and others.
