The construction project of a logistics park near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has received a construction permit.
The investment project included in the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP involves the construction of Class A production and warehouse complexes with a total area of about 600 thousand m2. The construction of the logistics park is a project of MEGA–STROY-M LLC, the total investment is 30 billion rubles, and more than 9,600 jobs are planned to be created as part of the project.
The logistics park is planned to be built in stages. At the first stage – in 2023-2025 – it is planned to put into operation up to 85 thousand m2 of warehouse space, at the second – in 2025-2026 – 115 thousand m2. At the final stage, in 2026-2029, another 400 thousand m2 will be built.
"One of the key factors in the development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is the expansion of retail chains and logistics chains, which means that there is a growing need to increase production and warehouse space. The project involves the development of infrastructure, logistics and the overall economic growth of the region as a whole. In addition, we pay special attention to environmental policy, minimizing the impact on the environment during the construction of the facility and during its further operation," said Evgeny Voropaev, CEO of MEGA–STROY-M LLC.
It is planned that wholesale and retail companies, logistics organizations, e-commerce businesses and other companies will become users of the logistics park.
