The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement with Kaspai LLC on the maintenance of the industrial site "Automobile Trailer Plant" in Sosnovoborsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The subject of the agreement is the interaction of the parties on the implementation of new investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the inclusion of the investment site in the unified register and the placement of information on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The area of the industrial site "Automobile Trailer Plant" is 6.05 hectares. It is possible to create almost any production facility on the territory (a machine-building enterprise, a building materials plant, a logistics complex, and others).
"I am sure that thanks to cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, we will attract new residents to the industrial site. The projects that entrepreneurs will implement here will help create new jobs, including for residents of Sosnovoborsk, which will contribute to the socio-economic development of the territory and the region as a whole," said Vladislav Vasiliev, General Director of Kaspai LLC.
