A single recruitment center has been launched at Polyus

Polyus, the largest gold producer in Russia, has created its own recruitment center for the company's existing assets. This task will be performed by a separate business unit in the structure of the group - Polyus Reserve LLC.

Polyus Reserve will become a single window not only for attracting qualified employees with work experience, but also for training candidates without experience. The staff will be trained according to Polyus corporate training programs in accordance with the company's standards. Employees will have the opportunity to undergo retraining and advanced training in various professions and types of equipment with obtaining qualification certificates. The training will include theory, practice on training grounds, industrial internships, as well as support from more experienced mentors.


Polyus Reserve has already started a large-scale recruitment of employees. First of all, the company needs representatives of working specialties who are ready to work in shifts at production sites, including in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Recall that in the North Yenisei region of the region, the Polyusa investment project is being implemented to increase the production and processing capacities of the Blagodatnoye field and the construction of ZIF-5. The project is included in the KIP "Yenisei Siberia".


All conditions for comfortable living and sports activities have been created in the Polyus shift camps. Upon employment, the company's employees receive compensation for meals, as well as travel to their place of work and on vacation.
