Construction of the city's first business class hotel continues in Norilsk. The investment project is being implemented by individual entrepreneur Davudov Faig Shakhlar oglu, who received the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in April 2021.
The hotel is scheduled to open in 2024, with a total investment of 300-350 million rubles. The implementation of the investment project will significantly increase the number of rooms in Norilsk, as well as create 40 jobs.
The AZRF resident's project provides for the construction of a 5-storey modern hotel with 134 rooms with a conference hall, fitness center, beauty salon, restaurant, bar and laundry. The surrounding area will be landscaped.
"In the near future, we will finish the reconstruction of the 5th floor and proceed to roofing work. We plan to open it by the summer of 2024," said Faig Davudov. – All conditions for a comfortable stay will be created in our hotel. Without leaving the hotel, guests will be able to hold business meetings and play sports."
The AZRF is the largest economic zone with a single set of tax and administrative preferences for investment activities. Currently, 31 residents are implementing their projects in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the total investment is 37.6 billion rubles. The functions of the management company for working with residents of the Arctic zone in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are performed by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
