Investment projects in the hospitality sector have been included in the Strategy of Socio-economic development of the Siberian Federal District until 2035

One of these projects is the construction of a 5–star hotel and apartment complex. As part of the project, it is planned to create a public and business zone with conference halls in the Strelka quarter of Krasnoyarsk. It is assumed that cafes, restaurants, a fitness center, universal halls for mass events will be located on the territory of the complex. The initiator of the project is Sibinvest LLC, the volume of investments in the project will amount to more than 3 billion rubles. The construction of the hotel is planned to be completed in 2026.

By 2028, another five-star hotel is planned to be built on the shore of Shumikha Bay, 50 km from the center of Krasnoyarsk and 12 km from Divnogorsk. The initiator of the project is SATIN GROUP LLC, a full–service hotel operator. It is planned that the new facility will become a full-fledged resort with infrastructure for family recreation and wellness. The project involves the construction of a hotel with 120 rooms, 15 cottages, two restaurants, sports and playgrounds, a SPA area with a swimming pool and sports equipment rental points. The project will contribute to the development of recreational tourism in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and increase the tourist flow both within the region and from nearby regions.

Also, by 2028, two new four–star hotel complexes are planned to be built in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: one will appear in the area of the Yudinskaya Valley landscape Park, the second - on the territory of the Bobrovy Log fanpark.

The implementation of the measures included in the Strategy of Socio-economic Development of the Siberian Federal District until 2035 will ensure the rapid growth of the economy of the Siberian regions, increase its competitiveness and create new jobs.
