The Krasnoyarsk Territory entered the group of leaders of the ASI rating in terms of the effectiveness of the work of a regional organization for attracting and working with investors

During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2023), the results of the National Rating of the Investment Climate in the regions of Russia, which is annually formed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) together with leading business associations, were presented. The final assessment of the national rating is formed in four areas: "Regulatory environment", "Institutions for business", "Infrastructure and resources", and "SME support".
One of the indicators that form the assessment of regions in the direction of "Institutions for business" is the effectiveness of regional organizations in attracting and working with investors. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been identified as such an organization. According to this indicator, according to the results of 2022, the Krasnoyarsk Territory entered the group of leaders, receiving 5 points with an average value of 4.89 for the group of leaders.
"Over the past few years, we have been observing the relationship between the work carried out by the regions within the framework of the investment rating, which is the creation of support conditions, infrastructure, and support for investment projects, directly with the indicators of investments already attracted. And we are not talking about major federal projects, but about the contribution of regional teams. This is a regular systematic work," said Svetlana Chupsheva, Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the Promotion of New Projects.
It should be recalled that the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation currently supports 153 investment projects worth 2.57 trillion rubles in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Of these, 27 initiatives of large companies with a total investment of 2.4 trillion rubles are included in the comprehensive investment project "Yenisei Siberia".
