The participating companies of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP presented vacancies at the federal stage of the All–Russian Employment Fair

The first All-Russian employment fair "Jobs of Russia" was held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. A time of opportunity." It was visited by more than eight thousand residents of the region. Over 10.5 thousand vacancies from 500 employers of the region were available to them.
In the region, the fair was simultaneously held at 34 venues, the largest of which was in Krasnoyarsk. Here, the personnel need was also presented by the participating companies of the Yenisei Siberia KIP: the gold mining companies Polyus and Sovrudnik, Norilsk Nickel, RUSAL.
The fair hosted face-to-face and online interviews, consultations, an exhibition of educational organizations, a presentation of social projects, and an employers' roadshow.
"The Krasnoyarsk Territory is developing dynamically, large investment projects are being implemented in the region, which require qualified personnel. Today I have approached many employers, enterprises declare significant staffing needs, both current and prospective. The participants of the fair say that this is an effective event. Employers meet with applicants, discuss the conditions available to the company. On the other hand, job seekers ask all the questions they are interested in about working conditions and wages. After that, a decision is made on employment or an additional interview is scheduled," said Viktor Novikov, head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency.
In Krasnoyarsk, during the event, applicants also had the opportunity to be selected for the personnel reserve of Yenisei Siberia. Candidates have been tested on a specially developed online platform, following which they will be able to apply for employment in leading companies implementing investment projects in the region.
"Today I decided to be selected for the personnel reserve of the Yenisei Siberia, because many large companies are involved in the implementation of investment projects, and this is a great opportunity to get the desired job," said Denis Kubasov, a Redneck. – I have repeatedly become a member of the Biryusa team, and also worked for a company that was a resident of KRITBY. Recall that the Yenisei Siberia integrated investment project is aimed at the socio-economic development of three regions: the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, and the Republic of Tyva. More than 70 leading companies in the global industrial product markets participate in the implementation of the KIP. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the number of new jobs created during the implementation of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP in the region will exceed 80 thousand.
