An agreement on cooperation between the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Sberbank was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

16.06.2023

The head of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, and the first Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, Alexander Vedyakhin, agreed on specific directions for the development of the region in the socio-economic sphere.

Thus, Sberbank, together with the Government of the region, as part of the implementation of the project "Unified Resident Card "Yenisei Siberia", will take over the functionality to popularize the practice of using electronic services by residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory using a single carrier, which will collect the capabilities of banking and social cards. With the help of a single resident card, owners will be able to use preferential transportation, receive bonuses from partner companies and other opportunities.

In addition, the agreement sets out plans for the implementation of a big data analysis system. It will allow you to quickly monitor the state of the economy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, assess the effectiveness of the region in real time.

As Mikhail Kotyukov noted, the regional Government highly appreciates Sberbank's participation in the implementation of significant digital transformation projects for the region.

"This concerns the development of a unified map of a resident of Yenisei Siberia and the creation of a monitoring system that will allow you to quickly track the indicators of the regional economy. We are also ready to support the implementation of new company projects in the region and include Sberbank in the work of existing regional programs," Mikhail Kotyukov said.

Alexander Vedyakhin confirmed that Sberbank is open to cooperation with the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

"Big data and digital transformation in the field of public administration can qualitatively change the lives of people in each particular region. Thanks to them, it becomes possible not only to save time and money for the state, but also to provide services to the population in a more targeted, personalized way. For example, the "One Card of a Resident" projects have already proven themselves well in many regions of the Russian Federation. I am glad that one of the largest regions of Siberia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, has become our partner in this direction."
