Anna Garnets: We will form a worthy investment proposal for the Idrinsky district

Acting Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the region Anna Garnets paid a two–day visit to one of the supervised territories - Idrinsky district.
The working trip took place as part of the assignment by the head of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, to members of the Regional Government of supervision over the municipalities of the region to coordinate issues of socio-economic development and identify problematic issues.
Together with Deputy Minister Svetlana Sidelnikova and representatives of the district administration, Anna Garnets assessed the improvement facilities in the village of Idrinskoye, which appeared with the support of the region in 2022. Modern lighting was installed on several streets, roads were paved, pedestrian sidewalks and exits to houses were equipped. A stage, benches, swings and carousels, children's sports and playgrounds, trampolines, outdoor exercise equipment were installed in the squares. Landscaping is currently underway.
Anna Garnets also checked the fulfillment of the instructions of the head of the region Mikhail Kotyukov on the repair of a wooden bridge over the Labozhak river in the center of the village of Idrinsky. Due to the design features, the crossing had to be repaired every year, so it was decided to build a major reinforced concrete bridge with an asphalt surface. The contractor said that the work will be completed before the onset of cold weather.
Another point of the visit was the Idrinsky Children's Art School, the building of which was recognized as an emergency. On behalf of the head of the region, the terms of reference for the development of design estimates for the construction of a new art school for 300 students are currently being worked out.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economy also visited cultural and educational facilities, talked with entrepreneurs, discussed the prospects for the development of enterprises and the tourist potential of the territory.
"Idrinsky district has its own identity and year-round tourist potential, but investors are needed for its development. This is a task for us and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. We will form a decent investment proposal for the territory," Anna Garnets said.
At the end of the working visit, the head of the Ministry of Energy met with residents of the Bolshekhabyk village Council. They identified several issues: the lack of a post office, a special site for slaughtering livestock.
"These are problems that are relevant for many rural municipalities. They were also heard at meetings in other sponsored territories and are typical for the entire region. Now the decision on these issues is being worked out at the level of the regional Government," said Anna Garnets.
