The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement on the support of an investment project with the Center for Recreational Services company. The project involves the creation of a full-fledged modular eco-hotel on the territory of the Ust-Mansky district forestry. The planned time frame for the project is 2023-2024, with a total investment of 100 million rubles. During the implementation of the project, 30 jobs will be created.
According to the initiator of the project Vyacheslav Wagner, the format of recreation in glamping will be in great demand among people with an active lifestyle and fans of eco-tourism. Currently, an active stage of concept development is underway, taking into account the location and requests of the tourist audience. The team has already attracted architects, designers, and marketers, whose cases include successful projects throughout Russia.
"There are about 400 glamping sites registered in Russia, most of them are located in the western part of the country. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, this area is not developing so fast yet, but we are actively working to solve this problem," said Vyacheslav Wagner, the initiator of the project. — The agreement with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation will set a new vector for the development of tourism in the region. Due to the geographical location of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the unique nature, we have the opportunity to create unique locations that will be interesting to both external and internal tourist traffic. Undoubtedly, we have something to show, and we are ready to compete with other Russian regions."
As the head of Divnogorsk Sergey Egorov noted, the Ust-Mana settlement area is a tourist–attractive place in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
"The development of tourism, including the creation of tourist infrastructure, is one of our priorities. Of course, I support the implementation of projects such as the construction of a glamping: this will contribute to the development of the territory. Thanks to the creation of such a modern location, we will be able not only to show tourists the most beautiful places of our region, but also to provide them with a comfortable stay in nature," Sergey Egorov said.
