Then the director of KLM Art, Evgeny Novitsky, signed 2 cooperation agreements with Mongolian partners. And in the coming summer, the company plans to start supplying houses to Mongolia: the contract amount is 20 million rubles. At the moment, the first glued timber house set with a total area of 166 sq. m. is being prepared for shipment. Plans for this year include the supply of 2-3 more similar houses.

Since 2008, KLM Art has been engaged in the design, production and construction of wooden houses made of export-quality laminated timber extracted in the Lower Angara region of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Among the projects implemented by the company are the construction of social and corporate housing, tourist infrastructure facilities, wooden residential blocks, visitor centers, hotels and other facilities.

"KLM Art LLC is a dynamically developing company that is constantly expanding its sales markets, and therefore we are extremely interested in promoting our products to foreign markets. We consider it extremely important to build cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation to find trade partners in friendly countries," said Evgeny Novitsky, Director of the company.

Recall that in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, on the basis of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, a Center for Foreign Economic Activity was established in 2023. The main objectives of the Foreign Economic Activity Center are to develop the export potential of the region, promote import substitution, attract investments from foreign countries into the economy and promising projects of the region.
