The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement on the support of an investment project in the field of hospitality with Satinresortshumikha LLC with the participation of the professional hotel operator SATEEN GROUP.
The project involves the creation of the first five-star full-fledged resort near Krasnoyarsk with infrastructure for family recreation and wellness. The volume of investments will initially amount to 1.3 billion rubles, and more than 250 jobs will be created.
By 2028, a five-star resort is planned to be built on the shore of Shumikha Bay, 50 km from the center of Krasnoyarsk and 12 km from Divnogorsk. The project involves the construction of a hotel with 120 rooms, 15 cottages, two restaurants, sports and playgrounds, a SPA area with a swimming pool and sports equipment rental points. The project will contribute to the development of recreational tourism in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and increase the tourist flow both within the region and from nearby regions.
"The creation of a full–fledged resort near Krasnoyarsk with a full-fledged infrastructure for family recreation and wellness will become a new significant point of tourist attraction in the region," said Vyacheslav Gorobchenko, Director of Satinresortshumikha LLC
It should be noted that the Satinresortshumikha LLC project was included in the plan for the implementation of the socio-economic development strategy of the Siberian Federal District until 2035.
