
A working meeting was held in Turkey between representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the largest Turkish holding company Albayrak.
Today, the Albayrak Group of Companies has about 80 companies and broadcast brands, and provides services in more than 20 sectors, such as construction and investment partnerships in real estate, industry, logistics, media, and tourism. The representatives of the Turkish company were presented with the potential of the region and told about the investment projects that are being supported by the Corporation. Following the meeting, several areas of business partnership were outlined, including in the field of timber supply. The parties agreed to further exchange information and hold negotiations aimed at a more detailed discussion of the projects.
The expansion of cooperation between the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Turkey in the field of the forest industry continues. Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation held talks with the leadership of the Turkish Forestry Industry Entrepreneurs Association (TORID) and presented investment projects in the timber industry. Turkish partners have expressed great interest in supplying timber from the Krasnoyarsk Territory to Turkey.
Also, as part of the Corporation's foreign economic activity, the potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was presented to several Turkish industry associations: IMMIB (Istanbul Association of Exporters of Minerals and Metals), TET (Association of Exporters of Electrical Engineering and Electronics), IMIB (Turkish Association of Miners) and IKMIB (Association of Exporters of Chemicals and Chemical Products). The parties discussed possible cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in various fields. Turkish business representatives are also interested in establishing strong trade ties with the region.
