The official delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has completed events within the framework of a business mission to Turkey. On the final day of the visit, meetings were held with representatives of Turkish industry associations, visits to enterprises and B2B meetings between Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs and interested potential Turkish partners.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the leadership of the Sakarya Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently, more than 17,000 organizations are members of the Chamber. The Turkish partners were told about the possibilities of developing exports, imports and production cooperation. Particular interest was aroused by the products of woodworking enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the development of supplies of equipment and special equipment. The leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed its readiness to establish and develop trade relations between the regions.
A meeting was also held between representatives of the delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and SAMIB –(Association of the Engineering Cluster of the city of Sakarya). During the meeting, a presentation of the economic and investment potential of the region was held, information about the region's manufacturers and promising investment projects was provided. The parties discussed the import of agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, construction and mining machinery from Turkey; exports of products from the woodworking and metallurgical, aluminum industries, energy equipment, and high-precision glass cutting machines. The meeting with the SAMIB association was also attended by member organizations of the association that are ready to cooperate with the Krasnoyarsk Territory: these are 7 companies engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, equipment, and the aluminum industry.
The management of the Association expressed great interest in locating production facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. A cooperation agreement was also signed between SAMIB and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Another event during the visit of the regional delegation to Sakarya was a visit to the ENG MINERAL | Ayırma Teknolojileri enterprise, which manufactures mining equipment. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the organization and technology of production.
In total, 10 cooperation agreements were signed, 45 B2B meetings, 20 negotiations, and 2 presentations were organized as part of the Krasnoyarsk Territory delegation's business mission to Turkey.
