Construction of a logistics park has begun in the Yemelyanovsky district

The first stage of construction will include 3 stages with a total area of about 85 thousand m2. Currently, the construction of the first stage of the first building with an area of 36 thousand m2 is underway. The building will consist of a warehouse area and an office part. The working height will be 12 m, the pitch of the columns is 12x24 meters, which is optimal for installing multi-level shelving structures. The facility will be equipped with a sprinkler fire extinguishing system and a fire alarm system. At the moment, the layout of the land plot has been completed, the base is under the floors, columns and metal structures are being installed. The commissioning of the 1st building is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Recall that the total investment in the project is 30 billion rubles, and more than 9,600 jobs are planned to be created within the framework of the project. It is planned that wholesale and retail companies, logistics organizations, e-commerce businesses and other companies will become users of the logistics park.
