Investment proposals of the Western macro-district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were presented in Achinsk

A strategic session dedicated to the development of Achinsk as a base city in the Western macroregion of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was held at the Achinsk City Palace of Culture. The strategic session included a plenary session, a presentation of major investment projects, an investment session, as well as discussion and educational platforms.
The organizers of the investment session were the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Achinsk City Administration in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Krasnoyarsk Regional Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya. Svetlana Sidelnikova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, addressed the participants of the investment session with a welcoming speech.:
"The Krasnoyarsk Territory is a unique region that has been a leader in terms of investment among Russian regions for many years. Investments include jobs, the budgets of municipalities and the Krasnoyarsk Territory as a whole. In addition to the implementation of investment projects, other factors play an important role in creating a comfortable and safe urban environment for humans: ecology, quality of public services, and a well-developed road network. And we would like the Achinsk development plan to be truly comprehensive and include everything necessary for those who live and will live in the city in the future. I am sure that following the results of today's event, we will have proposals that will be included in the development program of Achinsk as one of the main cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a city that unites many wonderful territories around itself."
Potential investors were presented with investment proposals developed by the Center for Strategic Research in cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: construction of a plant for the production of catalysts; construction of a plant for the production of cream cheeses and ultra-pasteurized products; construction of a plant for the production of building mixes. In addition, projects for the construction of a household waste disposal facility, the organization of a city farm, and the creation of a transport and logistics complex in Achinsk were presented at the investment session. Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented such investment niches as the construction of a complex for the production of meat products, plants for the production of building mixes and mounting tools, enterprises for the extraction and processing of peat, the production of OSB panels, attachments for special equipment, the manufacture of flax products, the production of dried potatoes and organic products.
The agreements were signed after the investment session. The first is between the Achinsk City Administration and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The purpose of the agreement is to create favorable conditions for the development of investment activities carried out in the form of capital investments, as well as to form a unified approach to supporting investment projects, taking into account the introduction of the municipal investment standard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The second agreement is between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Terminalneftegaz JSC. According to the document, the parties will cooperate in the implementation of an investment project for the construction of an automotive gas filling compressor station (CNG station) in Achinsk.
