A radial-telescopic ship-loading machine with a capacity of 3,000 tons per hour was delivered to the Yenisei port on the Taimyr Peninsula.
Currently, the contractor's specialists have started assembling and installing the equipment. The work is being carried out within the framework of the project for the development of the Syradasay coal deposit included in the Yeniseiskaya Sibir CIP.
"This ship-loading machine will become one of the most powerful among those currently used at coal terminals in the Arctic zone of Russia. Moreover, its characteristics ensure maximum maneuverability when loading ships. And, of course, the environmental friendliness of the loading system is important," said Igor Rithikov, Acting CEO of Severnaya Zvezda. – Currently, the assembly of the equipment is underway, then the commissioning will take place, and we plan to launch the machine at full capacity no later than June 1, 2024."
The ship loading machine will be installed at the berth. Its telescopic boom can be extended by 60.5 meters, and the radius of the travel arc is 62 meters.
The implementation of a large-scale project for the development of the Syradasayskoye field by the Severnaya Zvezda company continues in accordance with the approved plans. The construction of a shift settlement with a living area of more than 5.5 thousand square meters has already been completed, where all the infrastructure necessary for comfortable living of employees has been created, the first technological stage of the construction of a 56-kilometer highway from the seaport to the coal mine has been completed, work continues on stripping and coal mining, and new mining equipment is being purchased.

The project to develop the Syradasayskoye field is being implemented 110 km south-east of the village of Dixon in the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The resources of the deposit are estimated at more than 5 billion tons. The project includes the creation of a coal mine, an offshore coal terminal, a highway, a shift camp, a power plant, an airfield and other facilities.
