The power engineers of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1 SGK commissioned two more new electric filters. In total, 7 out of 14 planned environmental protection facilities operate at the station. Taking into account the activities carried out since 2018, the dismantling of old chimneys and the construction of new equipment, the environmental modernization program of the first Krasnoyarsk CHPP has been completed by more than 50%.
The project for the development of the Krasnoyarsk heat supply system, which involves a comprehensive environmental modernization and expansion of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1, as well as an increase in the capacity of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-3, is included in the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP.
This year, the power engineers plan to include three more electrofilters in operation, which are already under installation. The main equipment of the station is also undergoing renovation. Two boilers have been dismantled, and power engineers are building new ones in their place. The commissioning of the boilers is scheduled for autumn 2023. Two 35 MW turbine units, which have exhausted their park resource, will also be replaced. SGK will install new steam turbines instead. Preparatory work for the dismantling will begin at the end of this year.
Currently, 359 people work at the construction sites of the Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1. During 2023, this figure will grow to 600 people. Builders, installers, electricians arrived from different parts of Russia.
The investment program is being implemented within the framework of the DPM2. SGK plans to invest 15 billion rubles in the modernization of the Krasnoyarsk CHP-1, of which 4 billion are investments in the environmental program. The work will be completed by the end of 2024. At the same time, the station's emissions will decrease by more than 20% compared to the level of 2017, and the efficiency of the main equipment will also increase.
The control of the environmental parameters of the operation of CHP-1 is available to everyone on the official website of the SGK.
