Investment proposals of the Central macro-district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were presented in Divnogorsk

An investment session was held today in Divnogorsk, in the Divny ski complex, at which investment proposals from the Central Macro-district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were presented.
The event was organized by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Administration of the city of Divnogorsk in partnership with the Krasnoyarsk Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya
Natalia Frolova, Deputy Mayor of Divnogorsk, addressed the participants of the investment session with a welcoming speech: "One of the strategic directions for the development of the economy of Divnogorsk is tourism. The implementation of tourism projects contributes to the promotion of the territory both inside and outside the region, as well as provides additional contributions to the budget. We understand that the development of this area is impossible without investments. I hope that the decisions taken following the results of today's work will give a start to a new stage in the economic sphere of the city, and will also be able to make our Divnogorsk more comfortable to live, work and relax."
Vitaly Gorbunov, co-chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya, noted in his welcoming speech that the Central macro-district of the region is very important for the region, since large production sites and transport hubs are concentrated on its territory. In addition, the territory has a serious tourist potential.
Vitaly Gorbunov, Co-chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya: "We have been closely and successfully cooperating with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation for a long time. The Corporation performs an important function for business in terms of selecting sites for the implementation of projects and supporting investment initiatives. For Delovaya Rossiya, the Central Macro–district is an area where many of our participants' facilities are concentrated, and today the portfolio of investment proposals that we are preparing together with the Corporation amounts to more than 5 billion rubles."
Potential investors were presented with investment proposals developed by the Center for Strategic Research in cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: creation of an industrial park; construction of a factory for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles; construction of a 3D printing complex. In addition, projects for the construction of a glamping and a hotel on the Krasnoyarsk Sea, and the development of the Divny ski complex were presented at the investment session. Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented such investment niches as a plant for the production of ferrous metals; construction of a network of electric filling stations and a transport and logistics complex; creation of a scientific and production center engaged in deep grain processing; creation of equipment for the forestry and oil industries; construction of a linen fabric factory; construction of a hotel complex of the category "five stars", the creation of the tourist and recreational complex "Bolshaya Cave" and the construction of a glamping.
After the investment session, agreements were signed. The first is between the Administration of the city of Divnogorsk and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The purpose of the agreement is to create favorable conditions for the development of investment activities carried out in the form of capital investments, as well as the formation of a unified approach to the support of investment projects, taking into account the introduction of the municipal investment standard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The second agreement is between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Divny LLC. According to the document, the parties will cooperate in the implementation of the investment project for the development of the Divny ski complex. The initiative involves an increase in the number of ski slopes, the construction of facilities for sports recreation, including a rope park and a skate park, as well as the construction of infrastructure facilities. The volume of required investments is 898.6 million rubles. The estimated implementation period is 2024-2025.
