The development of cooperation between the regions of Yenisei Siberia and Turkey was discussed at the round table meeting of the Russian-Turkish Dialogue Association

The Russian-Turkish Dialogue Association, with the support of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the information support of the Russian Business Guide, held a round table meeting at which the results of the Association's work for 2023 were summarized and further directions of activity in 2024 were outlined.
The meeting was opened by a speech by Arsen Ayupov, President of the RTD Association: "Today, the development of trade relations and industrial cooperation between Russia and Turkey is gaining special momentum. We see that Turkish industrial companies are ready to invest in the development of production facilities in Russia, develop cooperation in the field of production, and actively assist in expanding contacts between Russian and Turkish Russian business circles."
During the event, the main events that took place in the work of the Association in 2023 were noted: These include participation in many major international forums, the signing of a number of important agreements, the creation of specialized industry committees within the framework of the Association, the organization of business missions from the regions of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey, the beginning of work on the opening of representative offices of the subjects of the Russian Federation in Turkey.
President of the RTD Association Arsen Ayupov: "This year we assisted in opening a representative office in Istanbul of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The Krasnoyarsk Territory became one of the first regions of the Russian Federation to have its representative office in Turkey. Its grand opening took place during the business mission of the official delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to Turkey. A lot of preparatory work has been carried out, and in fact the representative office has been actively working for several months. We are very pleased with the results. During the business mission, 10 cooperation agreements were signed - these are concrete and very impressive results."
Maria Zavyalova, Deputy Director General and Head of the Representative Office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in Moscow, spoke about the work of the representative office and plans for the development of trade and economic cooperation with the republic for 2024.
Deputy General Director – Head of the Representative Office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in Moscow Maria Zavyalova: "Our representative is engaged in promoting the economic and investment potential of the Yenisei Siberia regions abroad: he builds communication with potential Turkish partners and investors, after which he transfers warm contacts to the Corporation for further cooperation in promising investment areas. In addition, the representative also advises entrepreneurs of the Yenisei Siberia on the issues of conducting foreign economic activity in Turkey, carrying out export-import operations and customs regulation, which significantly speeds up the process of concluding contracts between entrepreneurs of the two countries. In 3 months of work, 80 business negotiations and 12 presentations were held for potential Turkish partners, and the representative also took part in 5 trade exhibitions."
The representative office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in Turkey for 2024 plans to continue working together with Turkish partners on priority projects: the construction of a five–star hotel in Krasnoyarsk and trade and economic cooperation in the field of woodworking.
During the round table, there were also speeches by representatives of industry committees that currently operate within the framework of the RTD Association. The event ended with the presentation of commemorative diplomas to the members of the Association "For the successful development of international dialogue, the implementation of effective projects and contribution to business communication with the Republic of Turkey."
