As part of a business trip to Beijing, representatives of the delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory held meetings with the Chambers of Industry of China. B2B negotiations were also held between Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs and interested potential Chinese partners.
Thus, a meeting was held with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce on the import and export of food, animal products and local products. In his welcoming speech, the Chairman of the Chamber, Mr. Cao Dezhunu, noted that in recent years there has been an increase in trade relations between China and Russia. Soybeans, meat, rapeseed oil, wheat and corn are imported directly from the Krasnoyarsk Territory to China.
Oksana Tsareva, Head of the Department of External Relations of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, told the meeting participants about the region's interaction with China and opportunities for cooperation in the field of agriculture. In turn, entrepreneurs from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, LLC "Agricultural Enterprise "Dary Malinovka" and KSKPK "Agrofederation", presented the activities of their companies.
During the meeting with the Russian-Chinese Chamber for Trade Promotion of Machine-Technical and Innovative Products (CCCME), representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation spoke about the possibilities of localization of production in the Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley and the advantages of a transport and logistics hub based on Krasnoyarsk and Cheremshanka airports. Representatives of the Chamber noted that issues of localization of some Chinese production facilities in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as exports of Chinese enterprises to Southeast Asian countries, are currently being considered.
Representatives of the regional delegation held another meeting with the Chinese Association for the Turnover of Timber and Timber Products.
Oksana Tsareva, Head of the Department of External Relations of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: "Currently, three priority investment projects in the field of the timber industry with the participation of Chinese capital are being implemented in the territory of the region. We are also interested in establishing joint ventures for deep processing of wood in the territory of the region. In addition, the region is ready to increase supplies of lumber, wooden house kits and fuel pellets to China."
During the presentation of the organization's activities, Vice President and Secretary General of the Association Liu Wenjie noted that the Krasnoyarsk Territory is a very important partner in the timber trade. Representatives of the regional delegation presented the potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and promising investment projects in the field of woodworking.
The meetings with the Chinese chambers of industry resulted in the signing of cooperation agreements.
A number of events continued with B2B negotiations, which took place at the office of the representative office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in China. On the Russian side, the negotiations were attended by LLC "Agricultural Enterprise "Dary Malinovka" and KSKPK "Agrofederation", on the Chinese side – representatives of companies of the agro-industrial complex. The parties discussed cooperation on the supply of agricultural machinery from China and the export of cereals and oilseeds.
A cooperation agreement was signed between the Chinese-Russian (Xiamen) Friendship and Commerce Association and Agricultural Enterprise Dary Malinovka LLC. Its goal is to increase the volume of foreign investments, exports and imports, as well as closer cooperation in areas of mutual interest: the sale of local products, agricultural products, raw materials and cultural cooperation.
