As part of the visit of a delegation of official and business circles of the region to Beijing, the office of the representative office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in China was opened.
The representative office was established in order to promote the export of products of regional producers, assist in import supplies and attract investments into the economy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Oksana Tsareva, Head of the Department of External Relations of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: "The opening of the representative office of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in China is an important step for the development of cooperation. The People's Republic of China is one of the main partners of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Every year, the region's foreign trade turnover with China increases, and since 2020, the country has been ranked first among other trading partner countries. The potential for maintaining the current trend and further growth is very large."
Prior to the official opening, the Corporation's representative office in China had already carried out work to promote the potential of the region, as well as the development of trade relations. So, from October to December 2023, 9 presentations and 70 business negotiations were held; the representative office team took part in 2 business forums and 5 exhibitions.
Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation also presented the economic, investment and tourism potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in Beijing. Over 100 entrepreneurs, representatives of associations and industry chambers of China gathered at the presentation. During the event, the initiatives of the largest industrial companies, which are being implemented within the framework of the integrated investment project "Yenisei Siberia", as well as business opportunities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in various industries, were presented.
After the presentation, agreements were signed between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Chinese associations and trading companies. Documents on cooperation and interaction with the Association for the Development of Enterprises Abroad, JiawoBeidahuan Agro Holding LLC, E Mao Tong Integrated Trading Services Platform LLC were signed. The signed agreements gave rise to cooperation in the development of trade and investment projects in the fields of agriculture and electronic commerce.
In addition, B2B agreements were signed: between Dary Malinovka Agricultural Enterprise LLC and Teyue Yiheng Dalian Development Co., Ltd., as well as between TD Technograd LLC and the Chinese Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers.
Next, a B2B session was held, during which regional entrepreneurs discussed cooperation with Chinese business representatives. Chinese companies have shown the greatest interest in the supply of agricultural products.
Anastasia Kuznetsova, Director of the branch of Dary Malinovka Agricultural Enterprise LLC in the People's Republic of China, noted the effectiveness of the event. The company held over 15 negotiations with potential partners, discussed possible conditions for the supply of cereals and oilseeds.
