The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the administration of Lesosibirsk signed an agreement on cooperation on the implementation of the municipal investment standard

An agreement was signed between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Administration of Lesosibirsk. The purpose of the agreement is to create favorable conditions for the development of investment activities carried out in the form of capital investments, as well as the formation of a unified approach to the support of investment projects, taking into account the introduction of the municipal investment standard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The municipal investment standard is the minimum necessary set of requirements for the support of investment projects in municipalities in accordance with the recommendations developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. It was developed taking into account the best practices of municipalities in supporting investment projects and should form a unified approach to organizing systematic work in this direction.
The head of the city of Lesosibirsk Andrey Khokhryakov: "Investment attractiveness is the key to the successful development of the territory. I believe that the concluded agreement and the introduction of municipal investment standards will increase the investment attractiveness of Lesosibirsk as a reference city of the Angara macro-district and will launch a series of projects in various sectors of the economy. All this will have a positive impact on the socio-economic situation of the municipalities that are part of the macroregion."
Projects are being planned for implementation on the territory of Lesosibirsk, which are currently at the stage of making an investment decision. These are projects in the field of forestry; construction of a sports ground in Lesosibirsk; creation of a transport and logistics complex and a waste sorting and disposal complex, including MSW. The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is also actively working to attract investors to this territory. A number of investment proposals have been developed: the construction of suburban wooden houses; the creation of a production facility for the production of products from sawmilling and woodworking waste; the production of dry building mixes and additives in concrete; an ecotechnopark for the production of building materials.
Recall that in 2023, five main elements of the regional investment standard were introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: a specialized organization for working with investors, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, works in the region, where investors are accompanied at every stage; an Investment declaration has been developed that contains a strategy for the development of the region; an Investment portal has been opened with information on the territorial planning of the region, the resource base infrastructure, support measures and tariffs; a Set of investment rules of the region has been developed – a set of specific optimized procedures governing the receipt of a number of services by an investor; an Investment Committee chaired by the Governor of the region operates, where controversial issues are promptly resolved.
