Viktor Novikov, Head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency, held a meeting on staffing issues for investment projects in Yenisei Siberia.
The participants in the discussion were representatives of the Ministries of Labor of the Republics of Tyva and Khakassia, as well as the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Viktor Novikov, Head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency: "The enterprises participating in the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2023 announced about 6 thousand vacancies, of which 5.3 thousand were filled. The staffing requirement has increased by more than 15%. According to preliminary data, about 140 thousand specialists will be required by 2030. This is a new challenge for the regional employment service. The task can be solved by combining the efforts of the regions of Yenisei Siberia. It is necessary to create additional conditions for the transfer of candidates from labor-surplus to labor-sufficient territories, for training personnel taking into account the requirements of employers and the rapid exchange of information."
According to the head of the department, innovative tools should be added to existing technologies. This can be a digital service – not just a job bank, but a platform for solving various issues related to employment, moving for work, training in sought-after professions, and others. The participants appreciated the idea of the regional employment service and expressed their willingness to participate in the development.
It was proposed to introduce new mechanisms for paid internships for young people at enterprises located in other regions of Yenisei Siberia. For graduates, such employment will be a successful start in their careers. Temporary employment will allow you to gain experience and prove yourself to the employer, gives you the opportunity to look around in a new place before moving. The parties decided to seal these and other agreements with an agreement that will be signed in the near future.
Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be able to get acquainted with vacancies of enterprises implementing investment projects on April 12 as part of the regional stage of the All-Russian employment fair "Jobs of Russia. A time of opportunity." The events will be held in all cities and districts of the region. The fair is organized with the support of the national project "Demography".A separate platform will work at the stand of the Krasnoyarsk Territory at the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" at VDNH in Moscow. Specialists of the regional employment service will hold a roadshow for visitors with a presentation of vacancies for investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as enterprises in priority sectors of the economy. Everyone will be able to consult and undergo an express interview with employers.
