An agreement was signed between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the administration of the Sharypovsky Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The purpose of the agreement is to create favorable conditions for the development of investment activities carried out in the form of capital investments, as well as the formation of a unified approach to the support of investment projects, taking into account the introduction of the municipal investment standard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Currently, a project is being implemented on the territory of Sharypovsky district to build a plant for deep processing of wheat with a capacity of 250 thousand tons per year. The project, which is being implemented by SIBAGRO BIOTECH JSC, is included in the Yenisei Siberia KIP. The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is actively working to attract investors to this territory. The Corporation's specialists have developed investment proposals, including the construction of a glamping recreation center, a family sports center; the creation of a production facility for growing fresh vegetables on an industrial scale, and the production of packaging for dairy products.
The head of the Sharypovsky municipal district Gennady Kachaev: "Sharypovsky municipal District is an attractive investment area due to its rich mineral resource base, powerful energy, favorable geographical location and weather and climatic conditions that allow the development of agriculture, the landscape with numerous lakes. Taking into account these factors, we consider it our task to create a favorable investment climate and take all necessary measures to create conditions for attracting investments and increasing the business attractiveness of the district. The growth of investments directly affects the increase in tax revenues to the budget, the creation of new jobs, and, what is very important for us, the level and quality of life of the population."
The municipal investment standard is the minimum necessary set of requirements for the support of investment projects in municipalities in accordance with the recommendations developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
It was developed taking into account the best practices of municipalities in supporting investment projects and should form a unified approach to organizing systematic work in this direction.
Recall that in 2023, five main elements of the regional investment standard were introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: a specialized organization for working with investors, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, works in the region, where investors are accompanied at every stage; an Investment declaration has been developed, which contains a strategy for the development of the region;An investment portal with information on the territorial planning of the region, the resource base, infrastructure, support measures and tariffs; a set of investment rules of the region has been developed – a set of specific optimized procedures governing the receipt of a number of services by an investor; an Investment Committee chaired by the Governor of the region operates, where controversial issues are promptly resolved.
