The subject of the agreement is the interaction of the parties on the implementation of new investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the inclusion of the investment site in the unified register and the placement of information on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Krastyazhmash Industrial Park with a total area of 160 hectares is located in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Vacant land plots and ready-made industrial facilities are located on the territory of the park. The territory of the site is adjacent to the regional highway R409 Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk and is less than 3 km from the federal highway R255 Siberia. Railway access roads adjacent to the Krasnoyarsk-Severny railway station have also been laid on the territory of Krastyazhmash.

The existing experience of joint work has proved the effectiveness of the Corporation's participation in creating a favorable investment climate, both at the level of a separate industrial site and at the level of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as a whole. The implementation of the agreement will result in a multiple increase in the number of residents of the park and the volume of investments, which in turn will serve as the basis for further sustainable development and strengthening of the economic potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory," said the director of Promactive LLC (the management company of the Krastyazhmash Industrial Park) Vladimir Korneenko.
Recall that the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation continues to work on the inclusion of promising industrial sites located on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the unified register. The land plots included in the register will be recommended to investors as sites for the implementation of new investment projects in the region.
